JHNA's TECHNOLOGY AND PROGRAM PROTECTION EXPERTISE

Technology and Program Protection, anchored by Anti-Tamper (AT), is a mandated requirement across all DoD acquisition programs. These safeguards are implemented across the full lifecycle of vulnerable weapon and information systems. We bring these capabilities to every service branch—Army, Navy, and Air Force—ensuring CPI is protected through research, development, acquisition, fielding, and sustainment.

We support domestic, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) programs by identifying and mitigating risks such as reverse engineering, tech exploitation, and supply chain vulnerabilities.

With over 20 years of uninterrupted support to NAVAIR, TSA has earned recognition as the premier provider of Program Protection and AT support. Our legacy includes:

Foundational Leaders: Developed the Navy’s first CPI Work Breakdown Structure and pioneered CPI Assessments. We established the blueprint for NAVAIR Program Protection.
Tool Innovators: Created the MARCORSYSCOM Technology Protection Tool and a web-based CPI Assessment & Criticality Analysis platform through a Strategic Capabilities Office SBIR.
AT Authorities: Lead and support the Navy’s Anti-Tamper Evaluation Team (ATET), authored the DoN AT Desk Reference, and contributed to the DoD-wide AT Implementation Guide and Framework.
Embedded Experts: Our SSEs are fully integrated into NAVAIR programs, delivering hands-on compliance and mission-focused solutions tailored to the warfighter.
