JHNA's History
Our Leadership

In December, 2025, CTSi, EXPANSIA, JHNA, and TSA merged together to create Aether Aerospace. This merger harnesses the technical expertise, experience of each to create a powerhouse company in service of the warfighter.

Founded in 2001, JHNA is a highly qualified technical digital engineering firm focused providing cutting-edge engineering practices and technical solutions to our government partners. Our employees have the operational, engineering, and technical expertise to ensure common context with warfighters, engineers, and acquisition decision-makers. We are sought out because of the value we add to the R&D and acquisition processes spanning from the most senior policy-oriented offices in OSD down to the mission- and systems-oriented decision-makers at the PM level.
